100% Snow Goddess from Yamagata Prefecture
A popping sound is heard when the bottle is uncorked. Visually, there is no effervescence and it is colorless and transparent.
The aroma is white and gorgeous, with white peaches, lychee, and white flowers. The aroma is not light, but rather firm and concentrated. Although the rice is highly polished to a ratio of 18%, it does not have a powdery impression like that of Kamishinko, but rather a firm aroma like that of white dumplings, which may be due to its nama-zake origins.
In the mouth, the first thing that strikes the palate is a slightly piquant attack, though not so much a fizzy feeling. The sweetness is rather subdued, and the acidity is the main flavor. The aftertaste is smooth and umami, with a lingering bitterness that lingers for a long time.
Overall, the wine is smooth and nicely integrated, but I personally dislike the strong lingering bitterness.
Just look at the beautiful red bottle!
Type: junmai daiginjo, rice: Yuki Megami, polishing rate: 50%, SMV: -3, acidity: 1.3, alc.: 15%
Aroma is strong. I can smell green apples and flowers.
Taste is clean and sweet with light juicy tones of fruits such as apples and pears. It is clean, light and elegant.
I brought this sake to tasting event with my friends and especially girls liked it. Not only the bottle but the drink too!
When the lid is opened, there is a popping sound and a lactic acid aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the lactic acid taste with a shwashy stimulation, and when you swallow it, it is dry and dry. It is best enjoyed when cooled to the perfect temperature.
Ah, the aroma of sake rice
The sake is smooth after rising
Umami chases after it
A long finish.

P.S. It is good at room temperature.
The best gesoten in Japan.
A very nice and homey restaurant in Yamagata💕.
Gesoten and sujiko are their specialty, but they are also particular about their beer and sake.
The father's soba noodles are also excellent💕.
Yamagata ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Husband's favorite
It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink with a thick texture.
You can feel the flavor even when drinking sake by itself.
According to my husband, it is a sake that can play a leading role.
