A cup with a strong taste and aroma of ginjo
If this is a junmai ginjo, it is wonderful!
A fresh marriage with raw oysters from Atsukishi!
Sake from Hirosaki, my mother's ancestors!
I would like to visit the brewery someday!
The store is in Apeoi, but the sake was selected from Kitadoh, a store diagonally across the street from the same management company!
I prefer Junmai Daiginjo with a "typical" taste...
The aroma is so-so ginjo aroma, but the taste is calm like a honjozo!
I checked it out...
I looked it up and found that its umami and mellowness are suitable for a mid-meal drink.
That makes sense.
It's an interesting sake.
