The best gesoten in Japan.
A very nice and homey restaurant in Yamagata💕.
Gesoten and sujiko are their specialty, but they are also particular about their beer and sake.
The father's soba noodles are also excellent💕.
Yamagata ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Husband's favorite
It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink with a thick texture.
You can feel the flavor even when drinking sake by itself.
According to my husband, it is a sake that can play a leading role.
I really like Yamagata prefecture's sake. Fourteen generations, Izumo Sakura, Yamagata Masamune, Tategawa, and Yayama Ryu. I don't drink a lot of Ouha since slow.
Today's sake, the bottle and label are very beautiful. It's made from Yamagata Prefecture's unique rice variety, Yuki Goddess. Compared to Izabu San, Yuki Goddess makes a more delicate and elegant Daiginjo. The aroma is a bit more astringent, but there are still obvious aromas of pear and apple, and the body is soft and light. Rating 92/100
Apple, Melon, Pineapple, White Flowers Smell. I can also find these things and a little bit umami in the taste. Well balanced. Not overly sweet. Easy drinking. Good value for money.
