We went from Tokyo to Fukui Shuzo brewery in Aichi to buy it.
You can't find Shikaiou in Tokyo. This bottle is made from rice called Koshihikari.
I opened the bottle at home and took my first sip.
It's mellow and full of flavor. There is a bit of juiciness, and the taste is full, but not too sweet. The taste is not too sweet.
