At the event to compare freshly squeezed Hokkaido sake ❗
This sake is made by Kin-Tsuki Sake Brewery in Shintotsukawa Town❗
Kinteki, the name may be painful for men, but Kinteki is a wonderful name ✨.
Kin-Toku, with its image of clean deliciousness! Shiboritate is still refreshing but also has a nice freshness 🎵.
Found at the Sapporo Naebo Station hot spring shop🦷.
It was rare to find a sake named after a place in Sapporo.
It was the first sake I bought this year.
The contents is a clean cup of Honjozo by Kinjitake.
Rice used is unknown
It is a light, slightly dry sake with an assertive acidity.
The aftertaste leaves a bit of astringency and maybe a little sweetness.
It is an ordinary cup of sake, but the different label gives it a different flavor.
83rd cup sake
This is a junmai sake from the north of the Kinjitake Brewery. The sweetness comes from the mild umami. It is a delicious sake with a good acidity followed by a bitter taste. I had it at room temperature. It is a good one👍🍶🎶.
I guess this is one of the answer songs to the real Kin Fat reviewed by Manachie 😅.
I sometimes stock a series of small bottles for when I want to drink a little 🎵Hokkaido is brewed by Kinteki Shuzo 🎵Kinteki...no, Kinteki 😉 Not much aroma, spicy, watery sake, light bitterness 🍶 I felt rice on the aftertaste 😃.
Classical but good for eating ❗
I bought it at the Kinpikkuri Brewery.
I got it for 1,200 yen because of the town's reduction.
It is a junmai sake, so it is deep and has a junmai-like flavor.
