It is dry with strong umami and acidity. The acidity dissipates quickly, but the umami lingers for a long time, making it drinkable even if you don't like strong acidic sake. It was marketed as a food sake, but it seems to go well with practically any food.

Sake sent to me by an online friend. The aroma is strong and the flavor can be felt from the first sip. However, the sweetness does not diminish afterwards, so it can be easily matched with a variety of foods. Seems to be good with oily fish and nuts.
