When drunk cold, it has a clean mouthfeel, but with the sweetness and stickiness typical of Junmai sake.
When served lukewarm, the stickiness disappears and the aroma and sweetness mellows out!
You can enjoy the different tastes of different sake at different temperatures.
The brewer, Saijotsuru Sake Brewery, recommended it for hot sake, but it is also delicious cold.
It was also great hot.
It's a better sake than the price.
