We had a freshly made sake.
It is limited to 563 bottles, and I bought it at a nearby liquor store.
It has a sweet aroma, but it is dry.
It was fresh and delicious.
I bought this sake from a nearby liquor store in Hiroshima.
It's a nigorizake, slightly foamy, with a sweet muscat-like aftertaste, and it's delicious.
Hometown tax return #2.
The aroma is not so much. The taste was described as "light sweet", but I felt it was more dry.
It has a bitter taste, and the bitter taste fades out in the aftertaste. Probably, this bitterness makes it seem dry.
Personally, I've never had a sake with a bitter taste before, so it wasn't my favorite...
It seems to go better with fish than meat. If you combine it with dried food such as slurpee or salmon and mackerel, it may create a complexity of taste.

I had a freshly made sake this year on the day it arrived.
It has an amazing fruity aroma.
The moment you drink it, the sweetness spreads in your mouth.
But the aftertaste is refreshing.
It feels like a sweet sake, but it is more like a dry sake.
That's how fruity it is.
This is the unique flavor of Junmai Nama Genshu.
