Saijotsuru's limited edition unfiltered junmai sake!
It has a nice, refreshing taste on the palate. It is very easy to drink, yet still has a robust flavor.
I drank about 2 gou of it in no time.
It is delicious and dangerous because it is so easy to drink.
The entrée was takoyaki (octopus dumplings) that we grilled at a home party.
The first one-person drink of the year. This restaurant was crowded at the end of the year, and it was difficult to get in if there were more than one person. Today I was able to sit at the counter because I was alone, but it looked quite busy. The first drink was a Hiroshima sake, which I had never tried before. It was sweet and had a gorgeous aroma.
New Sake Shiboritate🍶 from Saijotsuru, Hiroshima
The aroma is gorgeous.
You can feel it ✨.
The sweet and delicious aroma is followed by a fresh and gentle acidity on the finish.
✨Finishes with fresh and gentle acidity.
This is delicious 😋.

Good evening, Takubon-san!
Sake this time of year is so easy to drink and full-bodied, combined with the freshness, even if it's robust! Makes me want to try different kinds of sake😊.
The, awesome balanced standard sake!
When drunk cold, it has a clean mouthfeel, but with the sweetness and stickiness typical of Junmai sake.
When served lukewarm, the stickiness disappears and the aroma and sweetness mellows out!
You can enjoy the different tastes of different sake at different temperatures.
The brewer, Saijotsuru Sake Brewery, recommended it for hot sake, but it is also delicious cold.
It was also great hot.
It's a better sake than the price.
It was a good sake today as well.
My brother in Hiroshima sent me a gift of conger eel and local sake 😊.
Saijotsuru super dry sake and special dried conger eel overnight. How could they not go well together? LOL!
The sake has no artificial flavors, is crisp and spicy, and has a mellow umami flavor. It is an orthodox dry sake, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
It is a good sake to drink during a meal, or even after a meal, and you will not get tired of drinking it slowly. The name "Saijo" is not a date 😁.
Saijo's sake gives the impression of being sweet 🍶.
This is quite dry.
The acidity and sharpness you can feel firmly.
