Saijotsuru's limited edition unfiltered junmai sake!
It has a nice, refreshing taste on the palate. It is very easy to drink, yet still has a robust flavor.
I drank about 2 gou of it in no time.
It is delicious and dangerous because it is so easy to drink.
The entrée was takoyaki (octopus dumplings) that we grilled at a home party.

The first one-person drink of the year. This restaurant was crowded at the end of the year, and it was difficult to get in if there were more than one person. Today I was able to sit at the counter because I was alone, but it looked quite busy. The first drink was a Hiroshima sake, which I had never tried before. It was sweet and had a gorgeous aroma.
