Shinsei Shuzo Shozo, Ikimasa Junmai Sato Uhei. The first time I knew this sake when I went to Akita and entered a liquor store. Very gorgeous and easy to drink, goes down smoothly. If it's not limited to Akita, I would always keep a bottle in the fridge.

The pungent taste starts right after it is contained, though it is mild.

軽い微発砲感有
開栓直後は新政ぽくなく、あまり好みでもなく、渋みが強かったですが、
その後飲み進めると新政らしい樽香があり、柔らかく優しい酒質で味わいが気づくとなくなっていて、もっと飲みたいとなってしまう日本酒でした。
口の中に残るお米の香りだけ余韻が残っているのもそう思わせるのかな。

とても澄んだ味わいで飲みやすい。洗練されているという言葉がぴったりのお酒。今まで飲んだ新政の中では1番好き。

よく、日本酒って白ワインみたいとか言うけれど、それだったら始めからワインを飲めばいいと思う。
佐藤卯兵衛は本当に米の味がするし、でも甘くていい匂い。酸味もめちゃくちゃこのみ。アルコールを感じるけれど鼻から抜けて心地よい。高かったけど、お店の人に新政で一番美味しいお酒と言われて買って本当によかった。今は佐藤卯兵衛は秋田でしか販売していないらしいけど、この美味しさを是日一人でも多くの人に体感してほしい。
