倍割りThe spiciness is moist with umami. towsakeLikes. Deliciously spicy.
Goes well with tempura. BrubeckOmi tasted sake from Ishibe.
The taste is really refreshing. As time passed after opening, the flavor seemed to expand a little.
Personally, I prefer a sake with a little more flavor, but for those who prefer a clear, light taste, this is a good choice. 榎Dry and refreshing, easy to drink without any peculiarities. 岡田 賢明Pale yellow in appearance, slightly viscous on the palate. The top notes are slightly thiol and strong alcohol, but not angular, with a nice minerality. The thioliness disappears on the after-flavor, leaving a caramel-like aroma in the back. The rest of the aroma is refreshing and crisp.
In comparison to the rice polishing ratio and Junmai Daiginjo, the ginjo aroma doesn't assert itself too much, but it is not spicy while retaining its alcoholic flavor, perhaps because it is kept in a 28BY cellar. There are some people who may not like it, but it's a sake with a good character.
