It appeared in an online store that I often use, and since I was unfamiliar with the brand, I just had to buy it 👆.
The reason why I bought it was because it was a Junmai Daiginjyo unfiltered raw sake at a relatively reasonable price. I found out that Tadasu, which I drank a long time ago, is also brewed by this brewery 🙂.
It is fresh, full of melon-like aroma, round and voluptuous. It's a bit like a classic jun-dai with a modern twist 🌟.
I have the impression that Tadashi was a rather unique sake, but this sake lacks a little personality 🤔.
But you can taste the sense of luxury ✨.

I thought I've never seen this label before, but it's Takeuchi Shuzo's sake: 😳‼️ I tasted Tadashi the other day and it didn't have as much character as it used to, has it changed overall 🤔?
