It appeared in an online store that I often use, and since I was unfamiliar with the brand, I just had to buy it 👆. The reason why I bought it was because it was a Junmai Daiginjyo unfiltered raw sake at a relatively reasonable price. I found out that Tadasu, which I drank a long time ago, is also brewed by this brewery 🙂. It is fresh, full of melon-like aroma, round and voluptuous. It's a bit like a classic jun-dai with a modern twist 🌟. I have the impression that Tadashi was a rather unique sake, but this sake lacks a little personality 🤔. But you can taste the sense of luxury ✨.

Good evening, Pon-chan. It's true that the Tadasu I had a while ago was very unique... At least I have the impression that this Meijin is a rather orthodox Junmai Daiginjo 😌.
