The flavor and the dryness come at the same time (the ones I've drunk so far were more like the flavor and the dryness in the aftertaste).
The story is that it was made by a female toji and 9 brewers. Yes.
However, it is not a taste that women like, but rather a sharp dry taste with a manly impression!
