It is very easy to drink, with a clean sweetness and strong foam. It's very easy to drink. It's sweet and sour like Calpis.

I bought it in August at a gin-no-sakebune in Morioka.
Attracted by the jacket, this is my first brewery with no prior information.
Less fragrant.
The taste is sparkling, so I thought it would be refreshing
Impressive sweetness and lactic acidity with a rich citrusy, grapefruit-like flavor.
It's got a bitter, leathery aftertaste.
It's a sweet drink, yet crisp and easy to drink
It's more like drinking champagne or sparkling white wine than sake.
Is it the effect of the two-stage stocking?

10数年前、知人にもらったお酒。
抜き出すからお風呂で開けたほうがいいと脅された活性発泡にごり。感想にカルピスソーダみたいでうまい！って書いてありました(爆)
三重で爆発系発泡にごりはるみ子の酒のほうがメジャーですが、カルピスソーダ感は現在で、相変わらずおいしかったです😆

開栓吹き出しました。発砲はんぱない。ガス感も強かったですね。思ったより甘味はなかった。炭酸ジュースみたいな感じ。
