Tohoku Shinkansen Sendai Station
As expected of Miyagi Prefecture, I found a Sendai Station limited edition sake at a souvenir shop in the station. The name of the sake is "Sendai Masamune". It is rare to find a brand with the station name on it, isn't it? It is made by Katsuyama-san, the official brewer of the Date family, whose feudal lord Date Masamune was the founder of the clan. The store owner told me about it.
Oh, by the way - it was on "Izakaya Shinkansen", wasn't it?
And "Aihime" is Masamune's wife.
How does it taste?
It was a dry sensation after the umami taste. I'm imagining Aihime's feelings for her husband 😁. まるまめI got it as a souvenir😊.
Delicious❤
So happy❤ あんかけWhat do you think of Sendai? That's right, Date Masamune!
This is a sake that reminds us of Date Masamune. The label is cool!
I bought it because it is limited to Sendai, and I am a sucker for limited editions.
It is a sake brewed with Gin-no-Iroha, a sake rice I am not familiar with, so I opened the bottle to see what it tastes like!
The first aroma is soft and juicy. But it is different from Yamadanishiki or Aizan. It is more light and juicy.
In the mouth...oh, this is delicious!
It has a good balance of umami and sharpness in a refreshing taste. It goes down your throat and you will never get tired of drinking it.
I had it cold this time, so next time I'll drink it a little more chilled. bapPurchased at Sendai Station on the way back from a trip to Iwate
Rice is the color of gin
Contrary to the rugged image on the label, the taste is soft and gentle.
Feminine impression
It is not only sweet but also has a strong umami of rice.
It shows a dry side when paired with simmered sardines.
I think I like Gin no Iroha a lot. でんのしゅ🍶

Tasted at Aobatei's vending machine at Sendai Station.
It is gorgeous and fruity.
It has a refreshing, not-too-sweet, sweet and sour taste.
The heat of the alcohol spreads to the back of the throat. のぶのぶI didn't know Sasanishiki ver was available at Sendaeki Masamune...
Sasanishiki rice has a crisp finish, just as you would expect from Sasanishiki rice.
It leaves a little bit of the rice flavor to pass through the mouth and throat.
When eaten with hoya (sea squirt), the unique sweetness and peculiar taste of hoya remains in the mouth, but this is washed away by the sake, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
Today, I am going to ride that...line, which is difficult for people in Kansai to ride.
I can't wait to see how many more times I can drink sake! min15It is refreshing and easy to drink.
It is more dry but has a sweet aftertaste.
I prefer to drink it cold.
Slightly alcoholic. アンアンSince I was assigned to Sendai alone, I tried to imitate him. きゃしーGrape-like flavor.
