To commemorate this occasion, we have created a special sake that expresses the terroir of Miyagi by blending Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo sake with beautiful soft water drawn from the foot of Sendai Izumigatake, Junmai Ginjo sake with Hitomebore, and Junmai Ginjo sake with Sasanishiki. Please enjoy the fragrant and deep taste.

According to the label, it is a genuine Sendai-born sake, planned by JR East Tohoku and made by a brewery in Sendai using rice from JA Sendai.
