I didn't know Sasanishiki ver was available at Sendaeki Masamune...
Sasanishiki rice has a crisp finish, just as you would expect from Sasanishiki rice.
It leaves a little bit of the rice flavor to pass through the mouth and throat.
When eaten with hoya (sea squirt), the unique sweetness and peculiar taste of hoya remains in the mouth, but this is washed away by the sake, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
Today, I am going to ride that...line, which is difficult for people in Kansai to ride.
I can't wait to see how many more times I can drink sake!
