It's here. The season of Hiyaoroshi. This mellow mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste is nice. It's delicious. We'll be featuring Hiyaoroshi for a while.
<It's a big, heavy, high-alcohol, sweet and bitter bang.
The alcohol feeling is amazing from the aroma. The alcohol spills out with a grainy sweetness and a burnt bitterness. I'm not sure what to make of it. However, the alcohol is a bit chemical and may linger on the next day.
When you put it in your mouth, it's sweet and bitter. This is intense. It's thick. But the added alcohol from the brewing process works well, leaving a bitter aftertaste that fades away quickly.
I think it tastes good. However, I personally don't like this chemical feeling.
If I compare it with Ghibli, it is like a frog in "Spirited Away". It is a frog who manages the bill of the Yakuyu. He appears only a little, but he is a comical and strong character. He was appointed as a guard because of his good voice.
And the voice is played by Oizumi Yo. Oizumi is a popular actor nowadays, but when the movie was released in 2001, he had not yet entered the Tokyo market. That was when "Wednesday Wonder" was still being broadcast regularly. It was a time when he had almost no work as an actor, let alone a variety show. It's amazing that Ghibli has such a good eye for selecting actors.
Satisfaction level: ★★★.
It is a daiginjo of Kikusui Shuzo (Kochi). The front label is a secret because it is the name of the first grandchild. It is a delicious sake that is very easy to drink. We had hors d'oeuvre and nigiri-zushi from Seafood Izakaya Sakana Center this New Year's Eve. Thank you very much for your kindness this year. We look forward to working with you again next year. We wish you a happy new year as well.
