焼きがきに一途な純米酒。牡蠣のソテーに合わせて出てきました。これは普通の日本酒と酸味の感じが違う！どうやら白麹を使っているらしい。これは外国人、しかも、北欧系のプラチナブロンドの細身美人。そんな、感じ。
