We went to an eel restaurant in Kawagoe for a big splurge because it was my husband's birthday today. We ordered an eel as a quick drink at first. The rice flavor is intense, but the yeast is still alive in the bottle and it has a refreshing aftertaste. It has a crisp finish. It will explode if you do not open the bottle carefully. It's just a light drink. Easy to drink. I'm waiting for an eel to be grilled while drinking it now. I'm looking forward to it.

ワタシ呑めなかったので、相方のコメントを採用します。 サワー並みに強い炭酸。 濁りとしては甘みは少なく、すっきりさわやか。 お風呂上がりでも行けそうです。もちろん肉にも合いまっせー 但し、開封時は要注意。ちょいと吹きこぼれましたわ。そのせいで、振るのを怖がり、澱の舌触りがはっきりかんじます。 そういや、神亀の発泡系で昔お店中酒まみれになるほど、爆発したことがあったのを思い出したましたわ。 ホントに慎重に扱った方がが良いですよ。
