I had a hard time to drink a lot of Karu (laugh)
The foam is so strong that it climbs and climbs (^^)
It is the best as a toast, but when you drink it, it is unexpectedly dry, and I think it goes well with a meal.
Anyway, it was delicious.
The supermarket near me is now carrying Kamikame, and this one was in stock, so I bought it without hesitation. I have a lot of sake piled up, but I had to buy this one.
If you don't have any prior information, you're bound to spill the bottle. There is even a video on the brewer's website showing how to open the bottle. In fact, it is more foamy than that, so I have to repeat to open and close the cap until it is cured.
Because it is Kamikame, it is a nigorizake without any sweetness. The alcohol content is around 10 degrees, so it is truly "karuku-filled".
It's easy to drink and the opening event is fun, so we recommend this sake. Buy it when you find it. It's also reasonably priced. In my opinion, this is more in line with Senkou's Snowball.

We went to an eel restaurant in Kawagoe for a big splurge because it was my husband's birthday today.
We ordered an eel as a quick drink at first.
The rice flavor is intense, but the yeast is still alive in the bottle and it has a refreshing aftertaste. It has a crisp finish. It will explode if you do not open the bottle carefully.
It's just a light drink. Easy to drink.
I'm waiting for an eel to be grilled while drinking it now. I'm looking forward to it.
