ハマのオーラSnow Monkey" junmai nigori sake from Tamamura Honten, a sake brewery in Shiga Kogen in northern Shin. Found this nigori-zake the other day on the way back from a trip to see the monkey scenery in Jigokudani! Dry but easy to drink! And we love Shinshu's 🍶 so much that we have now founded a group! Zuku-dase! We are a group specializing in sake from Nagano Prefecture, called "Sake from Shinshu". Junmai Nigori Sake
A sweetness like amazake can be felt on the nose.
However, the taste is surprisingly refreshing and disappears easily in the mouth.
It is the best time to enjoy the local food and the observation train, along with the travel experience. oosukaIt's been a while since I went to Yudanaka. Crisp rice flavor. The aroma reminds me of doburoku. When you put it in your mouth, the unique alcohol of nigorizake hits you hard. The alcohol feeling is stronger than the sweetness. Even after swallowing, the alcohol lingers in the mouth. The aftertaste is also long. Shiokara (salted fish) and motsuni (stewed pork) are good snacks for this sake.
