I'm getting very drunk, but I was able to conquer all kinds😍.
Honjozo Dai-harakuchi
A sake that doesn't disappoint, it's a sake that claims to be very dry, but it doesn't feel that hot!
However, there is almost no sweetness, so you can be sure that it is a dry sake with little sugar content.
I think it is the most suitable sake for a meal among today's sakes because it is less sweet and more refreshing.
If I were to continue drinking it, this might be the best!
Delicious!

Regular sake!
It seems like a so-called sake event wouldn't serve regular sake or anything like that (prejudice), but this is a sake event that isn't for a very specific clientele, held by a very specific influencer, so this is a wonderful place to be!
Slightly yellowish color
I thought it might be a little bit frizzy, but oh my, it's delicious!
I think it's a little more alcoholic than the Takaten, but as a regular sake, it's just plain delicious!

Slightly classical taste.
Nama sake is more direct.
The classical taste is still there, but the sweetness and umami are still there and come through nicely.
I personally prefer the nama sake, as I like nama sake. But this one is delicious as well!

Arrive at Obuse station for the turnaround.
The train stops here for 30 minutes.
First stop on the turnaround is Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
The aroma is the best so far!
Sake that leaves a little acidity and goes down smoothly.
But it does not disappear neatly, and is not too refreshing for a Yamadanishiki sake.
It doesn't have the Junmai Daiginjo character, but it is delicious with mellowness.
Now, I'm getting drunk!
