Dry, refreshing and dry. It has a little bit of sake lees aftertaste, but it's refreshing ✨We had it on the Snow Monkey train from Nagano to Yudanaka 🐒It matched with grapes🍇 that we bought at a produce stand in front of Nagano station of Nagano Electric Railway. It's kind of craft sake-like when served together😅.

I opened the bottle thinking it was a sweet sake, but it was quite refreshing for a nigori sake!
I drank it under the blazing sun with it chilled to a crisp, but I thought it would also be delicious to drink it tastefully in a place where there is snow!

Purchased at a tourist attraction in Nagano where monkeys are bathing in a hot spring 🐵.
After returning home, I drank a glass while reminiscing about my trip.
I thought it would be sweet because of the nigori taste, but it was so refreshing that I thought it could be served as a food sake as well.

Snow Monkey" junmai nigori sake from Tamamura Honten, a sake brewery in Shiga Kogen in northern Shin. Found this nigori-zake the other day on the way back from a trip to see the monkey scenery in Jigokudani! Dry but easy to drink! And we love Shinshu's 🍶 so much that we have now founded a group! Zuku-dase! We are a group specializing in sake from Nagano Prefecture, called "Sake from Shinshu". We hope you will join us when you drink sake from Shinshu.
