ハマのオーラSnow Monkey" junmai nigori sake from Tamamura Honten, a sake brewery in Shiga Kogen in northern Shin. Found this nigori-zake the other day on the way back from a trip to see the monkey scenery in Jigokudani! Dry but easy to drink! And we love Shinshu's 🍶 so much that we have now founded a group! Zuku-dase! We are a group specializing in sake from Nagano Prefecture, called "Sake from Shinshu". We hope you will join us when you drink sake from Shinshu.
