The aroma reminds me of doburoku. When you put it in your mouth, the unique alcohol of nigorizake hits you hard. The alcohol feeling is stronger than the sweetness. Even after swallowing, the alcohol lingers in the mouth. The aftertaste is also long. Shiokara (salted fish) and motsuni (stewed pork) are good snacks for this sake.
I didn't think to prepare mozzarella cheese and sweet😂.
