Myogisan" for the first time in several years! Personally, I prefer "Mt. Akagi", but it is no less 👍. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell the aroma of sugarcane. It has a clean mouthfeel, but the thick flavor that comes immediately afterwards is classic and has a taste that is full of The Sake. It reminds me of "Reimei" from Okinawa. It has a fluffy flavor like brown sugar bread, and a good balance of cleanness and sharpness that is typical of Gunma sake, making it perfect for drinking ✨. My impression is that it is Akagisan for its sharpness, Harunasan for its umami, and Myogisan for its balance! I think the umami part is more robust than when I drank it before, perhaps because it was laid down for a year and a half. And Gunma's CI has reached 80. I can see 100 gradually...!
