Sake from the locally owned Makino Brewery✨. Slight smell of cemedine It's heavy and solid, but But it's sharp and clean ⚡. I had it today with a side of stewed tsukkotsu I had it 😊.

New Year, 🗻 from Mt. Fuji in Yamanashi side. It is a refreshing sake. You can feel the flavor in the neatness, but It is the best sake to drink neat. It is a sake that gives you the impression of a spiritual power without any superfluous things like Mt.
