One I procured while visiting a grave on the autumnal equinox.
I was fascinated by the label.
It's nostalgic and really cool!
On the first day after opening the bottle, the aroma was subdued, the taste was crisp and dry, with a pronounced bitter, mature taste, nostalgic sake! But after a day of drinking it, I was right.
The fragrance was fruity, and the sweetness and umami of the rice could be felt on the palate, with a nice aftertaste and a light acidity and bitterness. The bitterness, which had been prominent, has completely settled down.
It is a big change and delicious!
