Kagatsuru" at "Kanazawa Jishuzo", a corner sake brewery in Kanazawa Station!

I could tell by the difference in taste that it was dry.
I got the impression that it had a strong bitter taste.
Purchased at a supermarket near the station. It was served chilled.
It is a relatively strong and full-bodied type of sake. But it is a good sake that does not interfere with meals.
My wife and father-in-law said they liked the taste. I will keep it in mind.
Full of acidity and dryness. Peach aroma, caramel sweetness, milky, and apricot bitterness are smooth.
(2025.8.12 note) It has been left at room temperature for half a year, but it is stable without a whimper. The clean sweetness is pleasant.
