Purchased at a supermarket near the station. It was served chilled.
It is a relatively strong and full-bodied type of sake. But it is a good sake that does not interfere with meals.

I drank Kagatsuru at the brewery festival last year, but this is my first time drinking it at home.
Slightly effervescent and fresh sake.
Aroma is a bit like alcohol disinfectant😅.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness. Sake that gives the impression of pushing through with freshness in a good sense. Is the acidity impressive?
