Izumi Junmai Ginjo from Takeuchi Shuzo Brewery.
Apparently, due to low production, it is only sold in the Kanazawa area.
The bottle has a sticker on it that reads "Kanazawa Limited Genuine Sake.
The sake has a slight yellow tinge.
The flavor spreads in the mouth and disappears in the next instant.
There is a faint caramel-like aroma.
The aroma is weak, but the taste is surprisingly robust. However, the taste can only be felt for a moment. There is almost no aftertaste. It has a good sharpness.
It is easy to drink.
Sake of a high level
Delicious even when heated.
It is hard to find outside of Kanazawa, but it is relatively tasty and recommended.
