I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! It's really good......and I realized once again that Niigata sake is very popular.......

Nice to meet you too, Mr. Uonuma. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it is a little more modern and dry. It has a soft umami flavor that quickly fades away. This is quite a tasty dry 🍶✨. I think my dad would like it.

I received this from a relative in Nagaoka. The taste is a combination of freshness and sourness. It tastes more sour than the usual Hakkaisan. It went well with today's crispy nabe.

Sweet aroma. It has a sweet aroma, sweet rice flavor, a robust umami taste, and a clean and beautiful aftertaste. I drank it at room temperature, which was probably the right choice!

A product limited to the Uonuma area. Whenever I visit Yuzawa area, I always buy this product. Polishing ratio 60%. It is a reasonable pure rice Hakkaisan, but has a delicious flavor that I like.
