Sweet first impression. Clean aftertaste.
Elegant taste. Fruity.
Goes well with Japanese food 🍚🐟️ Sweet but spicy.
No peculiarities, and it feels a little thin (personally).
Junmai Daiginjo series for under 1500 yen
I bought it again from a nearby spar that was selling it 😆.
It has a mild acidity from the fruity gorgeousness 😋(It's the kind of acidity you might taste in a white wine).
Personally, I would like a little more rice flavor 🤔.
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️14.5° 🍶+2
Brewing: Kitagawa Honke (intensive brewing), a sake brewery under the umbrella of Nippon Sake Sales, but closed in July 2022. Junmai Daiginjo but wallet-friendly sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
A bottle given to me by a neighbor at my parents' house.
It is very easy to drink, as expected of a junmai daiginjo-shu, but nothing is left after drinking. Ginjo aroma! Where is the ginjo aroma? My father and I were looking for it when we finished the bottle. If you don't like aftertaste and you like sake that can't be drunk like water, this may be for you.
A disposal price for inventory adjustment due to decreased demand from restaurants? It was sold at Donki around the end of last year for about 700 yen including tax. Tsurumasa Shuzo went out of business after all 😢.
I was wondering if there were any left in stock, but there was one last bottle.
I think it is rare to find 100% Kyo no Kiraki. It has a slightly aged ginjo aroma with a little bit of a peculiar aroma. When you drink it, it is as refreshing as clean water. If it had not been aged, it would have been a normal easy-drinking sake like Kyozenjosui.
The Junmai Daiginjo from the same Tsurumasa Shuzo brewery was better, though the price was totally different.
This is one of the sake grab bags that I get at AEON every year.
It was in a sake gift bag!
I think I drank it loose, so maybe it didn't taste good.
Maybe it's because I drank it loose, but it tasted like a lot of alcohol 💭.
The sake cup is from Kitaichi Glass.
I've been drinking sake since I bought this.
I've been enjoying drinking sake a lot more since I bought this!
