It was sold at a bargain price at Donki in my neighborhood, 698 yen, because there was too much sake for restaurants.
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so I tried it as a trial.
Well, it is dry. I could feel a hint of ginjo-shu, but I won't repeat it😆.

Purchased at Japan Meat. It was written that it couldn't be wholesaled to restaurants in Corona and sold.
It is made from "Kyo no Shine" produced in Kyoto and polished to 50%.
It is like a sweet melon in your mouth.
I paired it with tuna sashimi, but it seems to go well with a variety of Japanese dishes.
It may be a little similar to Ottersai.

Nice fruity aroma. The gorgeous taste was light and refreshing, and it soaked into all five of my organs.
As I ate the open hokke that my mother grilled for me at home, I thought I'd like to have another hokke with all my friends at the izakaya.
It's about 1000 yen for a #4 bottle. And a recommendation from Sake-no-Wa. I liked it very much.
