Cold sake
Thin muddy sake as it is. It is refreshing like cold water.
Drink it. It is more than lightly nigori and less than cloudy sake. It is characterized by a strong and refreshing sourness. When you swallow it, you will be impressed!

A bath of amazake. This is what it would be like if we had amazake flavored Basklin.
Drink it. First, the sourness. It is fresh and the muddy sake feeling has been suppressed. There is little richness or bitterness, and a watery sweetness prevails. When you swallow it, you can taste the fresh bitterness and the strong alcohol taste.

Milky white Basklin
Drink. It is not "sweet and sour", but sweet and sour. I think it is wonderful when it is harmonized. When I swallow it, I taste sourness and bitterness. I still feel this is not harmonized.

For some reason, the image is an intense purple. It is as fresh as if it had been blown up.
Drink. Yellow and purple. The sweet and sour taste is harmonious. Astringency and bitterness also assert themselves modestly and are good. The image is still "intense". When you swallow it, it goes down colorfully.
I was worried from the soy sauce feeling of the last Junmai Ginjo, but it was useless. It is not likely to be, but it has an exquisite nigori feeling. Good color too.
Personally, I think this sake is meant to be drunk at 60°C.
However, it is not my favorite sake for drinking at night. I don't think I will repeat it, but I believe this is a good sake with its own character
