I went to a place in Osaka called Yamanaka Sake Shop. This sake was recommended to me there. It's a summer-only sake with a refreshing taste! Easy to drink! It has become one of my favorites!
Yoemon's active nigori!
I saw it for the first time and bought it immediately!
It's already May, so it's been a long time.
I buy it because it's Yoemon!
Because it might be my favorite brewery!
I was expecting a shabashwa bouche.
I was hoping for a shwashwashwash bouche, but all I got was a "sh" lol
I wonder how it really was!
But it's still delicious. I love it!
After enjoying Natsu "Kaze no Mori", I asked for something a little lighter, so I got this sake. This may be my first sake from Iwate. Refreshingly dry.
★★★★3750 yen. Intense sourness from the first sip, apple and lemon. It's a little fizzy, but after about the fifth sip, it becomes a normal drink. Maybe my tongue got used to it. There is a lingering aftertaste. The alcohol is not strong.
Rooster Yoemon from Kawamura Sake Brewery in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture.
This sake is famous for its sour taste, which is rare in Iwate Prefecture.
I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness.
It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake.
Even so, I heard that the owner stubbornly continued to make sour sake. (^○^)
Nowadays, with the Shinsai boom, Yoemon's sour sake is also selling well, especially outside of the prefecture.
This sake itself is light and refreshing.
It has a mild taste that does not interfere with meals.
It was very tasty. ( ´ ▽ ` ) No
