Sake from Bizen Ichinomiya. It's the closest sake brewery to our house, as a side note.
We bought it at the spring brewery festival. A thousand yen is reasonable for a sake of Junmai Ginjo specification.
The Amabie label is full of handmade feeling. I hope the corona disaster will go away soon.
The taste is very light for a sake from the south of Okayama Prefecture. The clean and moderate taste seems to be well balanced with food.
My personal preference is for a more mellow, sweet sake, but I think it is a beautiful sake with a flowing, orthodox taste.
