In Bizen, we tasted sake from Ichinomiya.
When I drank the Junmai Ginjo before, I had a clear and light impression, but the freshly brewed Genshu was a bit smoky and had a rich flavor.
Personally, I think I prefer the original sake.
It was a mellow, mellow, and delicious sake.
