ふじっこ
It's a dessert sake.
My first impression is that it's sweet anyway! The second impression is that it has a unique taste that can't be said to be like any other brewery.
However, it has a juicy sweetness, so it's not overpowering.
It has a refreshing and rich sweetness.
I thought it would have a sour taste because it uses flax cat. I thought so, but I didn't feel it that much.
But when I combined it with the Ispahan, I understood why it was like that!
Ispahan has a berry-like sweetness and sourness, but the sourness is especially strong.
Maybe that's why, when combined with Ispahan, a drink that I thought was sweet anyway, turns out to have a gentle taste!
If you pair it with sweets, you will definitely lose the sweetness of the sake, but with this sake, it's more like a tie.
It is the one and only sake that can be combined with desserts!
