Purchased at the brewery.
The aroma is not that strong.
Juicy, but grainy nuances. The acidity and sweetness are both a little strong, and the taste is intense! It's a hiyaoroshi, but it has a matured feeling and you can enjoy various complex flavors in your mouth. It's quite an interesting sake ^ ^.
It said it was dry, but the lightness and fruity mouthfeel made it easy to drink. It's a Meimon Shukokai sake, but I thought you couldn't buy Chiyotsuru in Kansai.
I got it because it is a seasonal limited edition.
The taste is clearer or more refreshing and newer than the special junmai sweet.
It was sweet and easy to drink.
