Musashi tasted sake from Akiruno.
It has a very clear and refreshing taste.
But it was not tasteless. It had a refined and elegant umami flavor.
It was a truly clean, ripe, and sweet-tasting sake.

On the way back from a trip to Akiruno, I purchased some at a sake brewery.
We arrived after 5:00 p.m. and the direct sales shop was closed.
Yesterday, the store was supposed to close at 4:30 p.m., but the owner kindly opened it for us and even allowed us to taste the sake.
We had sushi, squid, medium fatty tuna, scallops and other sashimi, puffer fish skin, fried oysters, and a bottle of the seasonal junmai nama sake.
The unadulterated nama sake was a little high in alcohol content and had a robust flavor.
It was fresh and went down the throat smoothly and refreshingly.
Nakamura Shuzo is located near Summerland. I think my next visit will be in the summer. I heard that you can take a tour of the brewery, and I would love to experience it.
Unique wood aroma.
The aroma and flavor seem to spread more when the temperature is raised.
The tin is more delicious than ceramic because the unique aroma is controlled and the sweetness of the core comes out, which mixes beautifully with the aroma.

This is a refreshing, slightly dry wine. Oh no. Oak. It is deep. It's so deep.

This is a new product from a local liquor store.
I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake.
The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor.
The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good.
The overall balance is not bad.
Sake from Tokyo is not to be underestimated ❗️
Tokyo's local sake. Trial 300ml bottle. The aroma is unexpectedly fruity, and the mouthfeel is sweet and bitter. Fresh, light, and refreshing? It is easy to drink without any habits. It's quite tasty...I guess it's like a light and delicious sake...I didn't know there was such a Junmai-shu in Tokyo...
