In Co-Op Natural. 720ml 15% alcohol Mild liquid with a slight yellowish tinge. It is dry but you can feel the sweetness of the rice in the back. Mild and easy to drink.

Kyojoiki Junmai Ginjo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rice polishing ratio:60%. I got this for my friend. It is refreshing. It is good for summer. It feels like crystal clear water. I happen to have Nori-salt chips as an accompaniment, but it goes well with that too. It has a mild taste without a sharpness. So this is han-nari, I see.

This is delicious. It's not overpowering, but it's spicy and has a delicious sake flavor. It is truly Han-nari. The water, the rice, the koji, and the handmade Japanese paper label. I was also intoxicated by the spirit of the brewers who were so particular about Kyoto.
