A rich, unadulterated sake with a mild aroma and a mouth-watering flavor and richness. ざっこAromatic, soft ginjo-shu with the best of the ingredients, made with "Celebration," a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Kyoto, and "Kyo no Koto," a Kyoto ginjo yeast, and brewed with "Ginmeisui," a famous water used in the tea ceremony by Sen no Rikyu.
