Refreshing, sweet and delicious😋. Mio has a huge market share in the sparkling category😃. It would be great if women who are not familiar with sake could be awakened to the taste of sake and start drinking it every night 😛.

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

If you drink only unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake during the winter, it can be heavy at times, so in the spring, drinking a light sake like this is good for the stomach 🙂.

Bright and tropical on the nose. Pineapple, lychee, lots of bubblegum aromas. Something else like basil and anise, as well as something reminiscent of old bars of soap or drawer fresheners. Bright and astringent at first, but quickly becomes smooth and mellow. Flavours are much more subdued. Much more subtle. More rice with light fruit, and a refreshingly dry finish. 3.75/5

October 19, 2020. Drinking at home. I bought it together with the strawberry Ver. that I drank earlier. I bought it together. This one I felt that the aroma of this one I felt it was close to the real one. It was It was too easy to drink, like strawberry ver. It was gone in an instant.

I'm Mio and I'm taking a break. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. It's a sweet soda 💦 and it would be delicious if you put ice cream on it like a cream soda. It's a little richer than I thought 😁.

Gohyankumangoku, 70%, kimoto This sake tastes very elegantly, it is rather spicy and a bit bitter. Both aroma and flavors are quite subtle. It does not feel like junmai with 70% polishing ratio at all. Dry but smooth and creamy. Their Yamahai Junmai was more acidic and complex. The sake is elegant and subtle, but it is not my kind of sake.

Gohyankumangoku, 60% The aroma is not too fruity and strong. I could smell some pears, a little bit of melon and orange candy. The taste is ratger acid at the beginning, probably due to yamahai starter culture method, then umami comes in full force and looooong savory finish follows. The texture is silky and it is very easy to drink. I should probably stop drinking it right now or it will be too late.
