The aroma is not too fruity and strong. I could smell some pears, a little bit of melon and orange candy. The taste is ratger acid at the beginning, probably due to yamahai starter culture method, then umami comes in full force and looooong savory finish follows. The texture is silky and it is very easy to drink.
I should probably stop drinking it right now or it will be too late.
