This was recommended as a sake with a delicious rice flavor. It is a junmai namaishu (pure rice sake) made using the traditional sake yeast yeast yeast, and has an okay richness.
It was purchased at a fun sake shop in Sapporo for a little more than 3,000 yen for a bottle.
