The origin of the name "Sanyo Tsuru" comes from the name of a row of pine trees along the Sanyo Road, decorated with cranes and named "Kuromatsu Sanyo Tsuru.

It is a very satisfying and delicious sake with a thick, rich flavor that is aptly described as "quiet sourness.
It is different from "sweet and sour" in that it has a delicious acidity that quietly pervades and covers the entire tongue with its delicious flavor and sweetness. The strawberry-like aroma that emerges only after swirling.
It is not a "just for now" kind of sake.
