The origin of the name "Sanyo Tsuru" comes from the name of a row of pine trees along the Sanyo Road, decorated with cranes and named "Kuromatsu Sanyo Tsuru. 100% Hiroshima-grown medium-grown Shin-Senbon. It is a very satisfying and delicious sake with a thick, rich flavor that is aptly described as "quiet sourness. It is different from "sweet and sour" in that it has a delicious acidity that quietly pervades and covers the entire tongue with its delicious flavor and sweetness. The strawberry-like aroma that emerges only after swirling. It is not a "just for now" kind of sake.
