It is unfiltered, which may be the reason why it is quite violent on the palate. When combined with smoked snacks, both flavors intertwined and meshed in an interesting way.
When I went sightseeing in Ibaraki, I found a reluctant 1-cup at a roadside station (lol).
It's a little late to record, so my impression of the taste is a bit hazy... 💦.
It tasted slightly mildly dry with a hint of sweetness. I think it had a bit of sharpness...?
At Ibaraki Jizake Bar in Tsukuba Station
I went to Ibaraki Jizake Bar in Tsukuba Station to explore Ibaraki's Sake in depth.
I went to the Ibaraki Sake Bar.
Easy to drink, clean and refreshing.
In the worst case, it tastes light and has no characteristics.
However, many of them have a strong alcohol taste, but this one has none of that and is really easy to drink.
Risshun Morning Squeeze Series 🌅.
I've already had this one lol
My only daughter was so impressed last year that she missed the pre-order deadline and went to buy some but it's not there anymore: ‼️
This year I was able to buy it in the Ibaraki set✨
Purchased at Kasumi supermarket in Ibaraki. It has a clean, refreshing aroma, but is not sweet. It does not have an aftertaste and can be enjoyed with any drink. It has a watery taste, but not as refreshing as the Yamanashi variety, and has a mouthfeel and nose that is typical of Ibaraki sake. I wish I could drink it as an everyday sake.
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content: 16° to 17° C
There is just a little bit of color. When I poured it into a bowl, I could see a few air bubbles, but it was not so gaseous. The aroma was strong through the nose after the woody and sour aroma spread on the palate.
I was thankful to be able to enjoy the sake pressed on the morning of Risshun again this year ✨.
I bought the same three brands as last year. Every year I worry about the order in which to taste them, but I decided to start with my only daughter who has been drinking them for a long time 😆.
