Easy to drink, clean and refreshing. In the worst case, it tastes light and has no characteristics. However, many of them have a strong alcohol taste, but this one has none of that and is really easy to drink.

Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 16° to 17° C There is just a little bit of color. When I poured it into a bowl, I could see a few air bubbles, but it was not so gaseous. The aroma was strong through the nose after the woody and sour aroma spread on the palate. I was thankful to be able to enjoy the sake pressed on the morning of Risshun again this year ✨. I bought the same three brands as last year. Every year I worry about the order in which to taste them, but I decided to start with my only daughter who has been drinking them for a long time 😆.

Purchased at a convenience store in Mito First "Ittomusume" It's a sake brewery in Joso City, Ibaraki. It's been a long time since I've had a "light and dry" sake. Old-fashioned? No, no, not in a bad way. You can feel the taste of rice and it is refreshing. It was a good sake that went down your throat. I think it tasted good because it was in the fridge. I think it was delicious because it was in the refrigerator. There was a paper carton of "Ippin" for sale on the shelf at room temperature.
