It's New Year's Day, so I had a glass with gold leaf. It's a fizzy junmai with 5% alcohol, and it's sweet anyway, so much so that I reviewed the label to see if there was sugar in it. This is a champagne...I enjoyed it.

About ¥880 for 300ml Slightly carbonated sake. It tastes like champagne and has a nice aftertaste. I think it is good for the first time to drink sake. It goes well with sashimi.
