色は結構黄色。大吟醸にしてはかなり黄色。木の香りのような濃厚な日本酒の匂い。甘みがあるが、スッキリ入ってくる。古酒らしく、紹興酒のような香りと味がわずかにする。バランスよく入ってくる。米の旨みをしっかり感じる。なかなかいいお酒。
