As it approaches room temperature, the apple-like sweetness is well pronounced. The impression on the tip of the tongue is light, with many elements felt in the back of the throat.
It is best paired with white meat fish grilled with herbs.

It has a slight aftertaste, but it's not that unpleasant!
It's not too sweet and not too spicy, so it might go well with any kind of food.
